Abuzz and Metro Area Terms and Conditions

DISPUTE POLICY

Last updated 9/27/2024

Disputes and chargebacks with your bank are a last resort and an important tool for consumers. However, when used before problem solving and internal dispute resolution, it is costly and can cause service unavailability and increased costs for all consumers and users of this service and make it more difficult for us to offer our discounts and sliding scale.

By signing your agreement with these terms and conditons, you agree that you will only utilize the chargeback process in the case of a last resort after contacting Abuzz to resolve any concerns.

Any customer who uses the chargeback process fraudulently may be denied services in the future.
